You Don’t Have to Keep Doing This Alone

You’re tired of doing the same things and getting the same painful results. You’ve tried distracting yourself from anxiety, sadness, anger, or grief, but the relief never lasts. You work hard to break unhealthy habits, only to slip back into old patterns. You wonder why relationships repeat the same cycles or why the past still feels so heavy.

Students often feel overwhelmed by school, work, and nonstop expectations. Adults carry different pressures that feel just as exhausting. And parents struggle when their child or teen faces challenges they can’t fix alone. You want to help, but you may feel lost and ready for support that truly helps your family heal.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals, adolescents, and families who are ready to move beyond cycles of stress, conflict, and emotional exhaustion. My practice welcomes those who feel stuck in patterns they can’t break, whether it’s in their thoughts, relationships, or behaviors.

  • Individuals: Therapy provides a space to process emotions, rebuild confidence, and create new ways of responding to life.
  • Teens & College Students: Focus on managing anxiety, identity struggles, and the pressures of social, academic, and digital life.
  • Parents & Families: Strengthen connection, communication, and understanding across generations.

Areas of Focus

Whether you are struggling with these issues or you love someone who does…My work integrates a trauma-informed, emotionally focused, and addiction-aware lens across a range of clinical areas including:

Anxiety and chronic stress
Depression and emotional numbness
Unhealthy or compulsive behaviors
Food and body image
Exercise and beauty culture
Gambling and gaming
Internet and social media use
Sexual or relationship compulsions
Substance use
Relationship or family struggles
Separation, divorce, betrayal trauma, and toxic dynamics
Support for loved ones affected by addiction or compulsive behavior

Every area of focus is approached with understanding of how the mind and body respond to pain, fear, and disconnection so healing can happen through awareness, safety, and connection.

How I Work

Let’s take the guesswork out of healing so your brain and body can regain balance.

We will explore the “why” behind what keeps you stuck and name the patterns driving it, then build practical tools you can use in daily life for steady, lasting change, and create a personalized plan that supports both your mind and your nervous system.

Therapy with me is warm, supportive, and collaborative. My approach is gentle but active: we’ll identify what’s holding you back, build new tools for growth, and strengthen your ability to navigate life’s highs and lows with greater calm, balance, and control.

Beginning the Healing Process Today

You’re not looking for surface-level advice. You’re ready for understanding, compassion, and real solutions that help you move forward. Healing begins with connection to yourself and to others.

I’ve been there, both personally and professionally, and I know healing is possible. You don’t have to fight this alone.

Take your first step towards mental wellness by getting connected with Clara.
